Inclusive by Design: The future of Braille – innovation, independence and accessibilityWe’re excited to present our next webinar: Inclusive by Design – The future of Braille – innovation, independence and accessibility.

Braille is more than tactile dots, it’s a vital tool for literacy, navigation, and independence. For people who are blind or have low vision, access to quality braille isn’t just helpful, it’s essential for confidence in public spaces, workplaces, and everyday life.

Join us to explore why braille remains crucial in an age of assistive technology, with Brooke Carter, Relationship Manager at Australian Disability Network, in discussion with Claudia Gatt and Chris McConachy from Braille Tactile Signs Australia, and special guests Joanne Cabot and Chris Edwards (Vision Australia).
Discover how quality braille signage, universal design, and lived experience leadership are shaping accessible environments – and why investing in braille creates lasting impact for everyone.

When we provide access to all forms of communication, we create better access to information, greater independence, and more professional opportunities for everyone.
