Vacancies

Relationship Manager

The Relationship Manager role at AusDN sits at the intersection of purpose and performance. This is not a role for someone who simply wants to do good work – it’s a role for someone who can deliver it, consistently, across a diverse and demanding portfolio.

You will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of Canberra-based member organisations, which means getting out and meeting people, building the kinds of relationships that create trust, open doors and drive real change in how organisations approach disability inclusion and access. At the same time, you will be managing multiple concurrent deliverables, tight timelines, and your own workload without close supervision.

Success here requires someone who is deeply motivated by the mission, brings precision and discipline to their work, and knows how to hold both the relationship and the result. If you thrive when you own your work and take initiative without being asked, this role was built for you.
