Projects Team Manager
We are looking for a Projects Team Manager to lead the delivery of our grant-funded disability employment programs, starting with Employing 1000, a three-year national program targeting 1,000 sustainable jobs for people with disability.
This is a hands-on senior role. You’ll manage a small delivery team, carry your own portfolio of employer relationships and work directly with organisations to build their capability to recruit, employ and retain people with disability.
This role sits at the centre of one of our strategic priorities: proving that demand-led employment models work, building the evidence, and driving broader adoption across the disability employment landscape.
We’re looking for someone who brings real experience in employer engagement or disability employment, who can lead a team with clarity and accountability, and who is motivated by work that has the potential to change the system, not just deliver within it.
