The opportunity

Join our Consultancy Team as the Access and Inclusion Index Lead, where you’ll manage our flagship Access and Inclusion Index program – a vital tool helping organisations measure and improve their disability inclusion practices. This is a growth role with exciting expansion opportunities, including future team management responsibilities.

You’ll work collaboratively with our internal teams and external partners to deliver exceptional customer experiences while driving program growth and innovation. Interstate travel is required for this role.

What you’ll be doing

  • Managing our digital Access and Inclusion Index platform, working with teams to deliver outstanding user support and identify improvement opportunities
  • Reviewing and enhancing the Index to ensure continued effectiveness and relevance
  • Coordinating the entire Index program, including scoring, reporting, and tracking growth metrics
  • Collaborating with our Marketing Team to promote the Index and develop comprehensive benchmark reports
  • Scoring submissions and providing accessible, actionable recommendations to participating organisations
  • Facilitating information sessions, working group kick-offs, and post-assessment debriefs
  • Supporting broader Consultancy activities including training delivery and access reviews

What we’re looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (commerce, business, human resources, education or similar)
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building experience
  • Solid understanding of barriers experienced by people with disability
  • Experience in analysis and report writing
  • Presentation and training facilitation experience
  • High-level Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Ability to work autonomously while being a collaborative team player

Highly regarded:

  • Knowledge of diversity and inclusion strategy development
  • Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment (or willingness to undertake training)
  • Experience with CRM systems (we use Salesforce)
