Projects Team Manager
We are looking for a Projects Team Manager to lead the delivery of our grant-funded disability employment programs, starting with Employing 1000, a three-year national program targeting 1,000 sustainable jobs for people with disability.
This is a hands-on senior role. You’ll manage a small delivery team, carry your own portfolio of employer relationships and work directly with organisations to build their capability to recruit, employ and retain people with disability.
This role sits at the centre of one of our strategic priorities: proving that demand-led employment models work, building the evidence, and driving broader adoption across the disability employment landscape.
We’re looking for someone who brings real experience in employer engagement or disability employment, who can lead a team with clarity and accountability, and who is motivated by work that has the potential to change the system, not just deliver within it.

Events and Connections Manager – Sydney/Melbourne
Help bring people together to advance disability inclusion. You’ll lead the delivery of our conferences, Disability Confidence Awards and member events, while shaping opportunities for members to connect and learn from each other.
We’re looking for an experienced events professional who brings strong delivery skills, fresh ideas and a commitment to making events accessible and welcoming.

Salesforce and Digital Systems Specialist – Sydney/Melbourne
Use your technical expertise to support a more disability-inclusive Australia. In this new role, you’ll administer and improve Salesforce, keep our digital systems connected and work closely with technology partners to make everyday work easier for our team.
We’re looking for a hands-on Salesforce administrator who enjoys solving problems, collaborating with others and making systems more accessible. We’ll provide accessibility testing training if needed.

Training Manager – Sydney/Melbourne
Help organisations build the knowledge and confidence to include people with disability. You’ll lead our training portfolio, keeping content accessible and relevant, supporting facilitators to deliver high-quality learning and developing new opportunities to grow our reach and impact.
