March Member Roundtable
The focus of our first Member Roundtable of 2026 was Customer Accessibility and Inclusion. This session explored practical ways to design accessible customer experiences and embed inclusive practices across all interactions. A key highlight of this event was the participation of our member’s Commonwealth Bank, IKEA, and Hanes Brands Australasia, who shared their insights and perspectives on advancing inclusive and accessible customer practices.
