September Roundtable
Topic: Workplace Adjustments in practice accommodating for co-occurrence and intersectionality
Accommodating for intersection and co-occurrence is essential to the success of becoming a Disability Confident and Inclusive organisation. In this session, we will explore research from the University of Melbourne on the systemic barriers that exist to Aboriginal and Torres Straight Islanders living with Disabilities, along with real-world examples from Serco Citizen Services on how taking an intersectional, human centred approach helps address these barriers in the form of Workplace Adjustments. There will be time for Q & A with the speakers at the end of their presentations.
