March Member Roundtable
We’re pleased to invite you to our first Roundtable of 2026, focused on Customer Accessibility and Inclusion. This session will explore practical ways to design accessible customer experiences and embed inclusive practices across all interactions. A key highlight of this event is the participation of our member’s Commonwealth Bank, IKEA, and Hanes Brands Australasia, who will share their insights and perspectives on advancing inclusive and accessible customer practices.
