Workshops: Inclusive Customer Experiences

This course will build disability confidence by teaching participants how to support customers with disability accessibly and inclusively. Suitable for people in customer service and customer facing roles. This training explores hypothetical customer and client-facing scenarios and give a greater awareness of providing adjustments in customer service.
