Flexible work policy We have a flexible work policy that employees can apply for, including flexible hours and work from home.
Birthday Leave Birthdays are special and a day to celebrate. team members get an additional day off for their birthday.
Christmas Leave An additional 3 days paid leave over Christmas has been provided (2022).
Long Service Leave All team members are entitled to Long Service Leave after 7 years of continuous service.
Parental Leave In addition to government entitlements to paid parental leave, our parental leave policy allows eligible team members up to 6 weeks (with full pay) or 12 weeks (with half pay).
Christmas break Enjoy a break over the Christmas period with a 2-week companywide annual shutdown.
Time off in lieu We encourage team members to avoid working excessive hours. Should a team member be required to work above reasonable additional hours, they can take time off in lieu in consultation with their manager.
Focus zone A two-hour meeting free zone to allow you to focus on priority projects and deadlines.
Self-Care Plan All team members are encouraged to develop a self-care plan personally suited to their needs and to discuss the plan with their managers.
