Celebrating 2000th student joining our internship program
“I spent most of the first half of this year applying over and over again to different companies, making it most of the way through the process. I was getting kicked out of the running before I could show what I could do.”
Briannah Milne is the 2000th intern to join our Stepping Into internship program. Read about her internship journey at Corrs Chambers Westgarth.
Build disability confidence throughout your organisation
Attitude is often the biggest barrier people with disability face. This is often unintentional and with education can be overcome.
Our new e-learns have been built to help educate your business towards disability confidence. Inclusion, Diversity and Belonging needs to be upheld across the entire organisation and our e-learns are an engaging and efficient way to do so.
What could be easier than providing employees the opportunity to learn at their own pace and time?
With 11 modules spanning: disability confident workforces, management and recruitment practices, and supporting customers with disability; there is something for every work unit.
Find out how you can embed disability confidence in your organisation.

Work with us
“Working at AND I have had so much opportunity to develop and grow. The best part of it though, is that I get to be completely, authentically myself while working with a great team — it’s a wonderful place to work” — Emma Henningsen, Member Experience Manager
This year we’re going through an exciting expansion and will see our team grow from 29 to 38 staff members. Check out what roles we currently have available including and how to apply.
