Australian Standards
There is a range Australian Standards*See also for example, NSW Department of Planning guidance for local councils regarding SEPP Seniors Living 2004 — Housing for Seniors or People with a Disability which are technical and prescriptive to consider as well. The BCA references some Australian Standards and others are not mandatory.
